An indispensable aid to effective hair management
Lovely glowing tortoiseshell lucite plastic hair combs.
BIG - 5" / 11.5cm long by 2.5" / 5.7cm tall.
The 5" is measured following the curve at the top, if you measure the top straight across is is 4.5"
The teeth, at the bottom, measured straight are 4" long .
They are slightly curved, substantial and can hold the most difficult hair in place.
Each one has a slightly different mottled tortoiseshell design - I've shown 6 together in the last photo.
This price is for 2 of them.
I found several boxes of these in an old warehouse I cleared.
On the label on the box is printed EMPIRE MADE - so probably made somewhere between the 1930s and late 1950s.
